2. How Ordering Works

Our website allows you to browse products and add them to a cart. When you complete checkout:

• You may check out as a guest, or sign in with Google to save your details for future orders.
• Your order details and delivery address are compiled into a message and sent to us via WhatsApp.
• Your order is not final until it is confirmed by our team over WhatsApp. We may contact you to confirm availability, pricing, delivery timing, or payment before your order is processed.
• All communication regarding order status, changes, delivery, and payment is handled directly through WhatsApp between you and our team.

3. Product Information & Pricing

We aim to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, availability and prices may change, and errors may occasionally occur. Any such issues will be clarified with you via WhatsApp before your order is confirmed.

4. Delivery

We deliver across the seven Emirates of the UAE. Delivery timelines, charges, and confirmation are arranged directly with you over WhatsApp after you place your order.

5. Accounts

If you choose to sign in, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Saved addresses are provided for your convenience and can be added, edited, or removed at any time from your account.

6. Cancellations & Changes

Since orders are confirmed and coordinated over WhatsApp, any cancellation or changes to an order should be requested directly through that same WhatsApp conversation as soon as possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide accurate information and reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the website.
